1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom LEFT HANDED

$5,995
Wow! Pretty clean, pretty stock and 9 pounds 13 ounces! We have never had a left handed Les Paul this clean, and we have had a few. Patent stamped pickups, and the pots code at 0something week of 1976 so an early one, early enough to still have an ABR-1 style bridge. Some light fret wear, but nothing really to point to and explain away. Plays really well and is lighter than most. The purple lined...

1979 Gibson SG Custom

$7,995
I have had a serious Jones for SG Customs' since I saw the back of Alice Coopers "Love it to Death" album in 1971. They will always be the coolest to me. This SG is pretty stupid clean, showing virtually no player wear, just some gold rubbed off the pickups and tremolo and a small ding or two. It has the small frets with very little wear. I believe the book said they only made 19 in 1979 with a...

2021 Gibson Les Paul Standard Mod Shop 50's

$2,295
Killer guitar and looks unplayed. I believe the serial puts it at 2021. original case, no wear I can find but still I am bad to overlook things, so would stand behind an excellent as far as condition, but looks almost mint to me. Gorgeous darker cinnamon burst with a nice flamey top. I don't know much about the Mod Shop Gibsons, this came from a close friend and Band mate. It has the chunkier...

1976 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Standard Conversion

$2,995
I grew up in the 70's, graduated high school 1976. Great days and great music. This was a common sight, take a Les Paul Deluxe down to Reliable Music in Charlotte and have full sized humbuckers installed. I still have a 1969 Goldtop that had the bridge pickup replaced with a DiMarzio PAF in 1976, and the pickup sounded so great it is still there. This is a solid beast of a guitar, at 10 pounds 11...

1972 Gibson SG Standard Deluxe

$2,495
two humbuckers, no plastic plate on the top for the controls, my first thought is a Standard, but it has the raised pickguard with the 3 tiny spacers underneath like a Deluxe. Pot codes make 1972 the year, and a beautiful set of chrome covered Patent Sticker pickups. The witch hat knobs and bridge/tailpiece seem stock, as does the old Grovers with "Gibson" stamped on them. Only thing I can point...

I grew up in the 70's, graduated high school 1976. Great days and great music. This was a common sight, take a Les Paul Deluxe down to Reliable Music in Charlotte and have DiMarzio's put in it. I still have a 1969 Goldtop that had the bridge pickup replaced with a DiMarzio PAF in 1976, and the pickup sounded so great it is still there. This is a solid beast of a guitar, at 10 pounds 8 ounces,...

1973 Gibson SG Standard

$2,995
I love these guitars. I bought a near exact 1973 in a pawnshop around 1977, hammered, and gig with it to this day. At the end of the pictures is me playing it around 1985, and the last picture is me playing the same guitar (routed for 3 pickups then) around 2016 at the Carolina Country Music festival. It has been an amazing guitar. The one we have for sale is really clean, and appears 100% stock,...

1979 Les Paul Standard

$3,995
We picked up a collection of 70's Gibsons and Fenders, and this was the cleanest one in the bunch, and maybe the cleanest and unboogered one we have had in years. No fret wear, 1.69 nut width, 10 pounds 2 ounces, and appears 100% stock. There are shirt button/belt worm tracks on the back, they don't go through the finish and I could not get them to pop out, so not mint, but a solid 8.5 out of 10...

~1967 Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face NKT275

$3,895
According to the original owners son he bought the Fuzz Face when he bought his SG Special in 1967. We have the Special, and it is a 1967, but the Fuzz Face could be a '68. It has the NKT275 transistors. It was noisy and not working right so we sent it to Analog Man. He worked his magic, refloated some solder joints but don't think they replaced anything. They did add a screw to hold the bottom...

1967 Rickenbacker 615

$4,299
Pretty stellar guitar! The GG date code puts it at July 1967, and the pickups and electronics sound great! This guitar came from a good customer and friend, who bought it off Reverb from a store that has been in the business a long time, and he paid up. After I got it I saw some things under the finish that made me think it has been refinished, but taking it apart all the solder joints look...

~1968 Kapa Series 500

~1968 Kapa Series 500 50% off
I love Kapa's, own 2 and pick them up whenever I can, it's a formative year thing. This is a later 60's 500, more than likely it has made the switch to Japanese pickups. Plays well, overall very clean, probably the cleanest Kapa I have ever had. It has a 2 tone gray/cream chipboard case, like I would see with a nice older Harmony or Kay, with a repaired handle. Kapa's are cool, made in Maryland...
