I buy and sell a lot of 335's. More than anyone else in the vintage marketplace so I know the product. You can spend anywhere from $6K to over $10K for a Murphy Lab and you'll get a mass produced but well made guitar that approximates a vintage 335 but not quite. Add a set of Throbaks and maybe you're closer. Oh, and wait 20 years or so for the wood to season and you might have a great guitar....
