This is a late Thomas Organ Co./CHICAGO ILLINOIS WAH-WAH!
Thomas manufactured VOX wahs in the U.S.A. from 1964 to 1972, first at "Jen" in Italy in the 1960s, then at Thomas' SEPULVEDA factory in the 1970s. Thomas owned the rights to "VOX" until 1979, but after 1972 he began manufacturing and selling his own branded products. There are two models, one manufactured in Chicago and the other in SEPULVEDA, California. This product is equipped with the TDK5103 inductor, which produces a fat and glossy low mid that is unique to American-made wahs.
