Rickenbacker 2015 1993 Plus
This is the "1993 Plus," a three pickup version of the Rose Morris spec 360/12 "1993" model.
This model was released at the 2015 NAMM show at the request of Pete Townshend of The Who.
The "1993" is a UK distribution version of the "360/12" model ordered in the 1960s by Rose Morris, a Rickenbacker distributor in the UK.
The new "1993 Plus" model is based on the "1993" model Pete used in the early ‘60s, but with three mics instead of the original two, and was added as a catalogue model in 2015.
The pickups are toaster pickups, with toggle switches for neck & center/neck & center & bridge/bridge, controls for neck & center volume and tone, bridge volume and tone, neck + center mix, and stereo outputs.
It is in very good condition with almost no signs of wear and no scratches.
The frets have almost no wear, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
