This is a Private Stock "Custom22 Semi-Hollow with f-holes”, made to order using finest materials available that Paul Reed Smith himself would want to keep it for his personal use.
It features the finest Koa top with f-holes, Honduran Rosewood headstock and truss rod cover, and a body back made from "Beeswing" Sipo wood, which is characterized by its grain resembling that of flying bees. The luxurious use of carefully selected woods gives this guitar a premium look appropriate for a high-end model.
he fingerboard is made of Catalox, also known as hard Mexican Ebony, and the Americana bird inlay on the fingerboard is made of white and gold mother-of-pearl. The headstock is decorated with a Private Stock eagle inlay.
The pickups are 57/08 Treble & Bass, and it can be coil-tapped by pushing/pulling the tone knob.
There are a few scratches on the body end, some buckle marks on the body back, and some scuffs on the head veneer.
There is almost no fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
