PRSが主催するファン向けの特別イベントExperience PRS。
世界中からユーザー、ディーラーが集結し、PRSのギターを使ったパフォーマンスやファクトリーツアーなどPRSの技術を間近で体験出来るイベントです。
そのExperience PRSでは販売会も行っており、そこでは特別なモデルなどを多数販売しています。
今回入荷したCustom 24はExperience PRSで販売されていたモデルとなっています。
鮮やかな青色を持つFaded Blue Burstに塗装されたボディは10Topでは無いものの極上の杢を持っており、指版インレイはj-birdsを採用。
ピックアップには定番のHFSとVintage Bassでは無く1957年のビンテージPUをイメージして制作された57/08 Coveredを搭載。
PRSらしい素早いアタックを持ちながらも芳醇な中低域が特徴的で、ハイエンドとトラディショナルが共存しているサウンドとなっています。
