This is a super cool vintage Maxon U-1000 PAF style humbucker made for Japanese Greco guitars. This one is dated back to 1975 during the "Lawsuit" era. 

The pickup cover does show cosmetic wear from over the years that includes scuffs, scratches, and oxidation from over time.

Does not include screws or mounting hardware.
