Martin D-45 Guitar (used, 2005)

This decked out Dreadnought is the flagship model of the Standard Series. It is the most ornate of all the instruments, featuring hand inlaid abalone on the top, back, sides, and neck.  The guitar of choice for legends like Gene Autry and Neil Young, it’s the perfect guitar for any discerning collector or musician. Nothing says you’ve arrived like a D-45.

  • The Top has a 5/16" Scalloped X-Brace pattern
  • Ebony fretboard with colorful, abalone hexagon fret markers

  • Ebony belly bridge with compensated saddle; white bridge pins/pearl dots
  • Boltaron White body binding
  • The back is trimmed in "45" style Abalone, as are the sides
  • The heel cap is white

  • The boltaron white end graft is trimmed with pearl inlay as well
  • This guitar has a Fishman Eclipse VT active pickup with sound hole controls

We ship UPS ground insured, unless otherwise specified by the buyer. On finer instruments, we insist on overnight shipment for safe handling. Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. International shipments are via FedEx.

Must have prior approval of return. Opened strings are not returnable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your guitar, simply return it fully insured (with prior authorization) via shipping method we agree upon. When we receive the instrument in the same condition as when we shipped it, you will happily be issued a refund minus all shipping costs.
