This 1961 Martin D-28 features a Sitka spruce top, beautiful Brazilian rosewood back and sides, ebony bridge and fingerboard.

The guitar has been oversprayed, we believe that its had repair work at the Martin factory during it's lifetime and possibly was oversprayed there. The bridge has been replaced with a cut-through saddle, the guitar has been re-fretted, the neck has been re-set, there's a repaired top crack, the tuners have been replaced with modern waverly butterbean tuners, and has a replaced heelcap; these are all the repairs that we are aware of!
