Formerly owned by a long-standing business associate who only performed with it once when opening for Robert Cray. The instrument spent its life in smoke free climate controlled studio. Last year I took the instrument to Martin for a small binding repair and check up. Martin gave the instrument a clean bill of health as we just did before setup. All the paper work and hang tags are with the instrument along with a CF Martin Guitar Strap.
The instrument is a close to Brand New as you will get. There isn't any play time on it to speak of. No fret wear, No rash, No Repairs, No Crack's, No Worming. The neck is straight and true with a fully functional truss rod. The bridge is at its original full height with no need for a neck reset. The top is Flat. The instrument plays with Low Buzz Free Action. Once you figure out the right attack this instrument will speak to you and your audience. The only thing that prevents this from being Mint are swirl marks from polishing when held under intense light.
