Original TS808, early '80s large case version with JRC4558D (glossy)!
The exquisite comped boost gives the original sound a gloss and presence. There are two types: the early type, which is small and lightweight, and the later type, which is large and heavy, and there are also several types of operational amplifier ICs mounted. While the RC4558P (Malaysian chip) has a coarse and heavy sound, the JRC4558D has a mild and smooth sound with its range concentrated in the midrange. Although this model is from around 1981, it is still very popular even in recent years, and is very expensive and difficult to find. This item is an MP-DO1201B board with no model name hyphen, no maker's name R mark, no DC jack nut, and a knob scale. There is a chip on the board (see image), but it does not affect the operation in particular.
