1963 Gretsch Hauser Model 6000 Fair Cond. Repairman Special
1963 Gretsch Hauser Model 6000 in Fair Condition Repairman Special. This is the fancier edition of the Gretsch Hauser Classicals however it does need work. There is a 14 1/2" long poorly repaired crack in the upper rim as well as the ususal binding deterioration common on vintage Gretsch guitars (see photos). Action is playable within the first 5 frets (see photos) however there is plenty of room to come down on the non-original saddle. The Spruce top shows no cracks and is surprisingly healthy and the bridge is in great shape as well. Fingerboard looks like Brazilan Rosewood and the frets need cleaning but look fine. Even with the long crack the guitar has beautiful Mahogany Back & Sides. Guitar needs work but is a superior USA Made instrument with a beautiful deep tone! No returns on International Sales. Buyer may return an instrument for any reason immediately following the 24 hour approval period and must contact GCG immediately for Return Authorization. Instruments must be returned no later than 7 business days after the 24 hour approval period and from the time Return Authorization is issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and Insurance Costs. Full refund will be given after Instrument is returned and inspected. Refund will be returned in the same method that the buyer paid for the instrument. In addition to all Shipping costs, there is a 20% restocking fee for any shipments that buyer refused or is returned undeliverable by UPS/Fed Ex or any other Carrier used.
