Shipped Domestic Orders except for layaways, held items, and trades are open to a 24-hour approval period. Return requests must be received within the 24 hour period after instrument arrival via phone. Shipping costs to and from are customers responsibility. Once returned instruments are received in the exact condition they left us, a full refund will be generated minus shipping and any other transaction expenses. Paypal payments will incur a 3% clearing fee that will not be refunded on any return with no exceptions. We go to great lengths to pack our instruments with utmost care and protection. Due to the cost of supplies and time to pack instruments we reserve the right to charge a $100 restocking and packaging fee on returned instruments. Returned shipments need to be insured and shipped with the same transit time that the item was originally shipped, packed in the same style that they were originally shipped. Please note that Custom ordered merchandise or modification of inventory to suit customers request are void of an approval period. International orders do not have an approval period.
