Description

Here's a 1956 Gibson L-3 in Natural finish. Very clean example, that's 100% original! No breaks/cracks. As great of an LG-3 we've come across. Besides its beautiful condition, the guitar plays and sounds fantastic. X-braced, solid spruce top, solid mahogany back & sides, with a lovely rosewood fingerboard and bridge. The neck has a super comfortable round profile and plays like butter! Consistent low action down the fingerboard. The frets are in great shape as well. Tonally the guitar is open, balanced, and crystal clear. Sounds amazing! The only thing to note is the guitar had a previous strap button on the side of the neck that's since been removed and filled. It's easy to miss. The rest of the guitar is perfect! Clean original chipboard case included (missing handle)!!
