Gibson Les Paul/SG Junior 1963 Cherry
Now available, a clean example of a 1963 Gibson Les Paul/SG Junior in its original cherry finish!
This is the last year the SG body shape received the 'Les Paul' name, with the Special already being called the SG by this time.
This example remains in pretty amazing condition really, showing only very light signs of play wear to the back of the neck, and some light buckle rash to the back of the body. The guitar has had NO breaks or repairs to the body or neck, there are some cracks to two corners of the pickguard.
The guitar retains all of its original parts right down to its original tuner tips, frets and nut which are in great condition.
The original dogear p90 is strong, with all of the electronics being fully functional and remaining untouched. The neck is straight, with the guitar having a low easy playing action. All of the plastics and hardware remain original including the original brass post strip kluson deluxe tuners, short maestro vibrola, and the compensated wraparound tailpiece.
A textbook example of a Gibson Les Paul/SG Junior for both the player and collector!
Includes its original softcase, a modern hardcase, and the original vibrola arm.
