Now available on consignment, a great playing example of an original 1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior double cut in cherry!
This example has seen some changes, however still retains its original cherry finish, and most of its original parts. Of course it features a fantastic feeling medium chunky '59 neck profile as well.
Changes to the guitar include:
The dogear p90 is a period replacement from the mid 1960s.
The guitar has been professionally refretted with a new nut at some point with plenty of life.
A professional neck set has been performed at some point, and the bass side headstock wing has some separation thats stable.
The strap buttons and jackplate are replacements.
Otherwise this guitar still retains its original pots and capacitor, as well as its original aluminium nickel plated wraparound tailpiece, brass post strip kluson deluxe tuners, truss rod cover, knobs, and tortoiseshell pickguard.
