1960 Gibson J-45 in excellent condition. This Gibson has a replacement pickguard and the wooden adjustable bridge has been modified to incorporate an added wood insert with a fixed saddle. A small wooden shim has also been added under the bridge. All work was done in house. This J-45 was constructed with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a Brazilian rosewood bridge. The neck has a width of 1 11/16 ” at the nut, a depth of 0.87” deep at the first fret, and a depth of 0.94” at the tenth fret. The guitar has a 24 3/4” scale and weighs 4.27 lbs. A lightweight, easy playing J-45 with a deep, well balanced sound that excels as a big strummer. Comes with a non-original hardshell case.
