1959 Gibson ES-5 Switchmaster electric guitar, made in USA; Body: natural finish, light checking and natural ageing, a few light dings but generally very good for age, two small repositioned holes to body end beneath tailpiece; Neck: maple, light wear and lacquer checking, three vacant holes to head face where another non-original truss rod cover has previously been situated; Fretboard: rosewood; Frets: generally good with some light wear including very light indents to first position; Electrics: working, original Patent Applied For (PAF) humbucker pickups; Hardware: generally good, missing switch tip, gold plating loss to pickup covers and tuners, some light pitting to tailpiece; Case: original Lifton hard case; Overall condition: very good
