1974 Gibson ES-175D Sunburst
Sunburst, a nice straight Kalamazoo made classic. The working mans Jazz guitar. Steve Howe of Yes used one of these too, but you knew that. This is all stock and clean. Granted these usually don’t get beat up like solid bodies. This is a great era for 175’s with a wood bridge and easy to see numbered knobs and great sounding pickups. The finish is very pretty with transparent oxblood to yellow, yet walnut sides and neck. It still has the pickguard and nickel tuners. Shows no finish checking just a few scratches on the back. The frets are original and in great shape. Is strung with .11’s with a wound G string but we might put some flat wounds on it. Comes with the original hard case with a replaced handle.
