Gibson Custom Shop 2021 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul VOS
This is a "1959 Les Paul VOS" model with a beautiful flamed maple top that changes its appearance depending on the angle you look at it, finished in washed cherry.
The hide glue and parts have been carried over from the True Historic series, and the specs adopted for 2019 include the shape of the headstock logo and the silkscreen color, the fingerboard inlay materials, vintage taper pots and bumblebee oil capacitors.
The neck is the Authentic 59 Medium "C" shape adopted for 2018, and is slightly thinner than the previous '59 model.
The fingerboard is made of dark shade rosewood.
The pickups are equipped with un-potted Custombuckers.
There are some scratches and scuffs on the body back, and shallow scratches on the back of the neck (around the 11th fret).
There is almost no fret wear, and there are no problems with the neck and truss rod.
