Gibson Custom Shop 2018 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul VOS Hand Selected
The "1959 Les Paul VOS" model is finished in the Royalty Burst finish introduced in 2018.
The 2018 specs include: maple and mahogany hide-glued body, True Historic parts, new body carving, a slightly thinner neck shape than ever before re-measured from the original 1959 Les Paul, a new color with a slightly faded aniline dyed body back, and a new truss rod cover with a cream tint.
The pickups are two Custombuckers.
It is VOS but in overall shiny condition.
There is some reddish fading on the body back and back of the neck, and a few pockmarks on the body sides and edges, but it is in good condition with no noticeable damage.
The neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
