1963 Fender Telecaster Candy Apple Red

This is a very rare guitar. It might not seem that way initially but this color was still new in 1963 and did not become popular, gradually, until later. I do not remember ever seeing another one like this from this time period. When I bought this there was a later pickup in the bridge position. I did find a 1963 pickup and that is in the guitar now. The finish is original with some wear and chips. The neck is very comfortable with good frets and low action. I guess selling this is my job but replacing it would be a bigger job.
