This killer 1970 Fender Stratocaster in original "faux burst" is a perfect playing example on a fresh factory style refret! Every heard of Fender's faux burst?! It's a seldom discussed anomaly in Fender's past typically found on Stratocasters in 1969 and 1970. The bodies were finished in Olympic White, fake wood grain was painted on, then a typical Sunburst finish was sprayed over top. This example has been around the block and shows it, but plays like a brand new Strat. It's the perfect example of this finish in my opinion.
