1971 Fender Mustang Bass Competition Blue

Description

This Fender Mustang Bass was made in the USA in 1971. The original competition blue finish has faded to green and look incredible. The bass also has an original matching headstock. Original 16-hole pickguard - Fender did these on Mustangs and telecaster thinlines during this period as the pearloid guards were prone to shrinkage. This bass is nearly all original but there are a couple newer springs on the bridge and a couple newer wires under the guard - pickups and pots original however. The bass has been pro-setup in our store and comes with the original case.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
