Description

Fender Mexico 2011 Kurt Cobain Jaguar Road Worn

The "Kurt Cobain Jaguar Road Worn" model is a reproduction of the modified 1965 Jaguar used by Kurt Cobain of Nirvana.

This unique model features a Strat-shaped head with a spaghetti logo, an added string guide between the 3rd and 4th strings, 2 volume and 1 tone controls, a 3-way pickup selector, Gotoh tuners, a black chrome Adjusto-Matic bridge, and has been relic processed to look like the actual instrument used by Kurt himself.

The neck pickup is a Dimazio DP-103FCR PAF 36th Anniversary and the bridge pickup is a Dimazio DP-100 Super Distortion.

The nut has been replaced with a white ox bone nut.

There is a slight dent in the low position portion of the plain strings, and overall there is about 80% remaining, and the neck and truss rod are in good playing condition with no problems.

A special photo booklet with many photos and commentary by photographer Charles Peterson, who took many photos of Nirvana, and an interview with Ernie Bailey, Kurt's guitar tech, is included.
