1955 Fender Esquire
1955 Fender Esquire serial #8242. This vintage white guard plays incredibly well with a refret and swapped nut for an updated feel with a smooth comfy response up and down the neck "8-55"
which has a lovely full "V" taper. Acoustically this guitar is lively and snappy with prominent resonance throughout the body and neck which makes this Esquire sound amazing plugged in with the quintessential Fender sound from the original bridge pickup. Outside of the nut and frets the only other modifications are two remaining screw holes from a prior added neck pickup (since removed) and the original pickup was re-potted by a prior owner. Overall this workhorse is in excellent shape and plays great. An incredible example from Fender's Golden Era! Includes original hardshell case.

We offer a 72 hr approval on all guitar & amps (unless otherwise noted). Customer pays all shipping & insurance costs both ways unless otherwise negotiated by sales staff. Before returning any item, customers must call for a return authorization. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer expense. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
