This model is a faithful reproduction of the original 1957 Stratocaster with small head, spaghetti logo, single string retainer, V-shaped maple one-piece neck, one-ply pickguard with 8-point stop, and alder body.
This Custom Shop model boasts Fender's best materials, and the neck is made of maple, which has an attractive, unobtrusive grain that appeals even from the outside, while the body is made of high-quality alder. The pickups are hand-wired in the Custom Shop to reproduce not only the ease of nuance but also the precise overtone structure of vintage guitars, making the most of the high-quality materials.
The color of the parts and neck have changed with age, and the scratches and rust that have naturally appeared over time are all part of this top-quality Stratocaster Riesu model.
