Fender crafted a series of instruments in the late '60s entirely from hand-picked rosewood, meticulously built by the renowned Master builder Dale Wilson. These guitars had a brief production run and are now highly sought after in the vintage market. Legend has it that George Harrison of the Beatles famously played an original Rosewood Telecaster during the recording of "Let It Be" and at the iconic Apple Records rooftop concert in January 1969. The 2013 Custom Shop '69 All Rosewood Tele faithfully replicates one of the most coveted guitars in Fender's storied history.
