1988 Fender '62 Jazz Bass Black
Early reissue, stack-knob Jazz Bass in stylish factory black nitrocellulose lacquer, alder body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, and tortoise guard. Some wear and checking but overall reasonably clean, fully functional, structurally, mechanically, and electronically sound, including the cool concentric volume and tone controls for each pickup, all-original save for the D and G tuners, which have been replaced but are the correct reverse Fender tuners. decent weight, and comes in its factory tweed hard case (all latches working and intact handle.) Plays very well, sounds fantastic, and these early Fender reissues are somewhat historically significant these days, as well as being fine, practical musical instruments.
