Bay Area Vintage Guitars is proud to offer this MINT Danelectro Dano-Blaster Innuendo, a Stratocaster-type guitar with three single-coil pickups voiced for a chimey, clear tone with a 5-way switch.
This rare low-action 12-string with a string-through design and mahogany fretboard is a Cherry Sunburst. It still has factory decals on the back, making it easy to play with no fret wear.
It is a unique and rare guitar with built-in effects (distortion, chorus, tremolo, and echo) powered by a 9v battery. It offers a regular dry signal and a signal with effects.
Built-in effects:
The distortion is the most powerful of the bunch—a fat, singing tone that is not controllable by a separate pot. Easing off the total volume and cutting back on the tone pot are the easiest methods of controlling this effect.
The tremolo is just plain excellent. It sounds like a Stratocaster with three single-coil pickups voiced for a chimey, clear tones, and like a Fender tremolo, the speed can be varied from swampy-slow to very fast and all points in between.
The chorus is excellent, and a little goes a long way with this effect.
The echo offers instant rockabilly slap-back or a mild reverb-type effect.
Features:
• Nut width: 1.75"
• Weight: 8.2 lbs
• Comes with a soft case (gig bag)
