SN: 72406. Scalloped bracing (rear shifted X), Adi top, 1-3/4” nut and wide string spacing; this one pushes the golden era buttons without the big price tag. Purchased from Elderly some time ago with an oversized bridge and bridge plate, it was shipped to Dennis Berck. Repairs include new period correct bridge, some chips under the old bridge repaired and shadow line touched up. Further, Dennis reset the neck, completely refretted the fingerboard and installed a period correct small maple bridge plate. Just prior to my listing, Mark Tossman inspected the guitar and set it up for light strings. Plays great. A strong bass response that belies its size. A fingerstyle guitar that has held its own at many bluegrass festivals (and has the stickers to prove it). On consignment. Partial trade considered (vintage only).
