ESPやVestaxの起業家としても名高い"椎野秀聰”氏が製作した椎名氏のオリジナルモデル。
ピックアップにはOSAピックアップを装備、アースに電流を通さない様な作りで、電位差によるノイズの発生が無く、変換回路もディスクリート構造で極力ノイズの発生を抑えています。入力インピーダンスが50kΩ以上のアンプやエフェクターであれば接続可能。
ボディには美しいフィギュアドメイプルを2ピースにて贅沢に使用。指板も高級木材のエボニーを使用し見た目にも作りにも贅沢なストラトキャスタータイプ。ミニスイッチは後から増設されており、スイッチオンでリアピックアップにフロントピックアップをミックスするスイッチ。(フロントポジションではリアピックアップのミックスとなります)
