The PE is still very popular as the original Aria Pro II model.
The PE-1500 can be called the founder of the PE series.
The PE-1500, which went on sale in 1977, was the flagship model of the series, and it combined beauty and functionality that were worthy of the name "Pro Electric.
Painted in antique brown, the PE-1500 looks like vintage furniture, and was designed by Nobuaki Hayashi of Atlansia.
The body is arched on both the top and back surfaces, giving it a luxurious feel and a great fit to the body, and the heel-less cut is well thought out in terms of performance.
The PE-1500 we have in stock this time does not have a serial number, so we do not know its age in detail, but the body is made of maple wood only, just like the earlier models, and the bridge angle adjustment screw is longer.
The fingerboard is either striped ebony or rosewood with brownish tints.
