2000 Gibson Les Paul R9 Makeover (Brazilian/Hide Glue)

Description

If you're a Les Paul fan looking for the perfect Gibson Reissue LP that includes Brazilian fingerboard, Nitrate inlays, Mahogany body & neck, Vintage looking Flame Maple top and assembled with hot hide glue then check out this guitar.

The makeover includes: Stem out the neck, remove the fingerboard with a heat blanket, install beautiful dark 50's looking Brazilian fingerboard with cellulose nitrate inlays, reshape the neck profile to Vintage 59 specs. Cherry Sunburst finish with correct aniline dyes, nitro lacquer,  Restamp S/N, Gibson CTS pots with Bumble Bee caps, Kluson nonwire  ABR 1 bridge, featherweight tailpiece, ThroBak JW102-B PAF style pickups & Rings, Jescar 55095 frets, Kluson style tuners.  The guitar weighs 8lbs. 8oz. Includes original Gibson HS case & JamCity Guitars COA.
